What We Did

  • Moved the Vendors to their son’s property
  • De-cluttered the entire property, with plenty of skip bins
  • Removal of multiple robes and cupboards that had been installed over the years
  • Painted the entire house – Walls, ceilings and door frames
  • Kitchen Benchtops and splash backs sprayed
  • Multiple Flooring in the house changed
  • We worked with our referral partners, contractors to get this project going. The main point of contact was us not multiple trades people
  • Seller to us one to one…We then would manage the one to many
  • We had some funding options for the seller, we provided the seller an option called List-Ready that charges them at settlement for minor renovations up to $25k
  • Original budget was $10k but as we moved forward the client wanted to spend even more money. Final Budget came to $16k
  • The entire project was a 4 week transformation of the property
