The Agency Dominates WA’s Top 50 Real Estate Agents

Team Rash, one of the leading agencies in the real estate industry, continues to solidify its dominant position in the Western Australian market. Real Estate Business (REB) has recognised ten of The Agency Group’s property partners in their prestigious Top 50 Agents list.

The REB Top 50 Agents awards acknowledge excellence in the property industry on an annual basis, evaluating real estate agents based on various criteria throughout the calendar year.

This year’s rankings celebrate agents who have excelled in providing localized services to their clients and achieving remarkable sales figures throughout 2022.

The Agency takes immense pride in congratulating its highest-ranked male and female agents, Rash Dhanjal and Lisa Barham, respectively. Rash has been diligently establishing relationships and cultivating a highly experienced team focused on serving the communities of Bayswater and Swan. Lisa, who was honored with the title of Master Salesperson at the Real Estate Institute of WA Awards in 2022, has shown exceptional dedication in Perth’s northern suburbs.

The distinguished list of Agency Group property partners featured in the REB Top 50 Agents includes: Rash Dhanjal (13th), Corey Adamson (18th), Mike Gjestland (19th, representing the Agency subsidiary Sell Lease Property), Adam Naumovski (21st), Anil Singh (25th), Lisa Barham (27th), Michael Keil (39th), Nicola Stacey (45th), Janey Pagels (47th), and Nikki de Rijcke (48th).

Paul Niardone, the National Founder and Executive Director of The Agency Group, commended the outstanding performance of the team, expressing his delight in witnessing their domination of the local market. He emphasized that these rankings reaffirm the effectiveness of The Agency Group’s model, which liberates agents from the constraints of traditional franchise businesses and provides stronger incentives for property sales.

Niardone also acknowledged the support of the experienced team behind the scenes, capable of efficiently managing a significant sales pipeline. He extended his congratulations to everyone involved.

According to REB, the top 50 agents in WA collectively sold 3,843 properties in 2022, slightly lower than the 3,859 properties sold in 2021. Among them, the top ten agents accounted for 967 property sales, down from 1,206 in the previous year.

On average, the top 50 agents each sold 77 properties, maintaining a similar figure to the previous year. However, the total value of properties sold increased from $61.5 million in 2021 to $66.7 million in 2022.

Despite a tightening buyer demand, the days on market decreased from 42 to 37 for the top 50 agents and from 38 to 31 for the top ten agents, as reported by REB.
